I am applying for on of the Personal Air Quality Monitor through AQTreks through the 15 free rentals for public school teacher program. (http://files.constantcontact.com/4f73c33b201/b0242f4b-62e1-4256-a502-394...) The only dates I see that are available through their website is May 21st-June 11. I could use these dates, however either of the two dates starting in April would be the best! It said in the instructions to enter Donors Choose Information later, so I didn't include it in this application. Please let me know if you need me to add Donors Choose information. Thanks!
