The third grade students are researching pollinators in the Missouri area with the intent of expanding and replanting some the of landscaped planting beds around the school and church into naturalized areas that will support local pollinators. These completed projects will also serve to reduce the amount of water and pesticide use, and will also reduce the human and financial resources needed to maintain the existing planting beds.
