Demonstrating how to make biodiesel from waste vegetable oil. Students will learn the process of taking what most consider a waste product (used fryer grease) and turning it into a clean, renewable source of energy to power diesel motors.

The students were energetic about learning how biodiesel is made and how it has a much less of an impact on the environment than traditional petroleum based fuels. They had many questions about the process and how it effects the environment.
