On Villanova's Day of Service Saturday RWCC ask our neighbors in the 600 block of South 60th Street (Cedar Avenue to Walton Avenue) to remove their cars. Then we begin the clean up.The corridor's street & the back alley ways are cleaned out. Some of the items we will tackle are pulling up weeds, removing & bagging debris/trash, trimming trees & clearing alley ways. We will also clean the church's interior (in sanctuary; cleaning chairs, shampoo rugs, bathrooms etc.) We would like to help the church at the corner remove items from their basement. Our desire is to help our surrounding community in this clean up effort.
