The project design for the independent professional development project is a recycled and refurbished fence board mural to promote an environmentally friendly earth. The mural will be drafted by AmeriCorps member, Rebekah Akers, prepped by all Bondurant-Farrar AmeriCorps members, and involve participation from the Bondurant-Farrar elementary students to create the final piece and educate on the importance of protecting our planet.
