Will holds a BS in Biology from Washington College in Maryland and an M.Ed. in Educating for Sustainability from Antioch University New England in New Hampshire. He left working with the Chesapeake Bay Foundation conducting watershed education programs to become a science teacher at Christchurch School in Christchurch, Virginia. Presently, is the Waterfront Director and Sustainability Coordinator, Will oversees all of the oyster restoration and aquaculture at Christchurch. In addition, Will is a USCG Captain and the Project Manager of Restore Urbanna Creek, http://www.restoreurbannacreek.com. Will recently presented RUC at an Antioch University and EPA Conference on Local Solutions: Climate Preparedness. National Green Schools conference, and Virginia Outdoor Educator conference.
